Yes it is Winter.  Yes, it will be a challenge.  Unless we have dangerous or impossible conditions, we plan to be out on the street, gleefully serving good food to all of you. We thank you for the continued and enthusiastic support.

A lovely customer of ours is Peruvian and generously shared some of her beautiful recipes which prompted us to consider Central, South American and Caribbean cuisine.  This is the result.  We think it will be warming, fun and new for all of us.
