• Soup: Tunisian Chickpeas with Swiss Chard & Tiny Noodles (vegan, gluten free option)
• Salad: Cowboy Caviar (Black Eyed Peas & Sundried Tomato)

Yes, we do love this weather. We love being out in Duos Mobile and we love serving you at the Kitchen. Here is our happy menu for next week.

• Middle Feast Sandwich: Aleppo Baked Chicken, Harissa, Yogurt, Hummus, Pickled Onion & Greens on Ciabatta (gluten free option available)
• Roasted Spring Veg Sandwich: Roasted Asparagus, Mushrooms, Vermont Cheddar, Special Sauce & Harvestland Arugula on Ciabatta (gluten free & vegan options available)

Duos Menus Week of May 7th

This week's menu is a little homage to warmer days and warm climates: Mexico, the Caribbean, the American South, as well as a bit of the Mediterranean. Please enjoy a bit of food and time with us.

• Jerk Sloppy Joes with Coconut Creamed Spinach on City Bun (Vegan Option!)

Wow! Summer-Spring has made its presence known. This week we get our gardens planted: at the Kitchen, our plots in Cottage Home and in our little backyards. We certainly look forward to this kind weather and the beautiful local foods that we will be able to access in the coming weeks and months.
