Menu for April 30th - May 5th

The Duos staff is busy preparing good food for good folks like you.  We are hoping to get some gardening done here at the Duos Kitchen.  With the crazy weather, we dare not place our delicate basil and tomatoes in the ground yet.  But our other farmers are producing some lovely greens, radishes, salad turnips and asparagus.  We will try and make good use of such little edible gems, reflected in this week's menu.

Duos Mobile Menu & Kitchen Specials:

• Steak Sandwich with Blue Cheese & Catalina Dressing (gluten free may enjoy as a salad)
• Tofu Nuggets with Dipping Sauce & Organic, Local Veggies (vegan, gluten free option available)
• Salad of the Week: Tunisian Chick Pea with House-made Preserved Lemon & Herbs on Bed of Local Greens (MOBILE ONLY)
• Soup: Lentil & Swiss Chard
• Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake plus a tasty vegan option

Looks like there is an abundance of lovely spring greens making their way to our tables.  Asparagus is finally coming in season.  We are happy to create a little menu that does its best to incorporate the goodness of the season.

Duos Mobile Menu & Duos Kitchen Specials:

• Aleppo Roasted Pork Sandwich with Fennel and Arugula (Gluten Free Option)
• Beet n Goat Cheese Sandwich with Walnut Arugula Pesto, House Pickled Beets, Goat Cheese (Vegan Option, may be had as Salad for gluten free folks)
• Salad: Harvestland Farms Greens, Spiced Walnuts, Lime Apples and Herb Vinaigrette with Blue Cheese (Vegan Option & Gluten Free) - available at Duos Mobile only

Hello good people! We're looking forward to feeding you this week on the road and at the Duos Kitchen at 2960 North Meridian Street!

Menu for April 2nd - 6th

Aahh spring!

We're happy to offer this little menu peppered with a number of locally grown and produced goodies.  The sorrel is from our good friends at Harvestland Farms, as well as some lettuce and arugula. Eggs are always from Indiana farmers.  The beef is Fischer Farms and the turkey is from Smoking Goose.   Here is what we're cooking up for you next week.

DUOS MOBILE & KITCHEN SPECIALS
