Menu for week of July 16th

With our new meat grinder in house and a little trust in your adventuresome palates, we offer a tasty Argentinian Sandwich which is one of the  Argentinean signature street food delights. We're making our own Chorizo and with some beautiful Chimichurri (fresh herb sauce)!  For our Veggie Sandwich Special, we're trying some crazy, awesome homemade veggie bacon - we won't reveal the secret ingredient, we're sure it will stimulate the taste buds.

From the farm report, we are currently able to procure and/or grow: tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, yellow squash, herbs, kale, melons (both honeydew and cantelope) and beets. Not too shabby with our drought.

Welcome to July.  Duos Mobile and The Kitchen will be closed on July 4th for the holiday.  We hope it is a lovely day for all.

We are desperately trying to procure some of that beautiful Indiana produce (TOMATOES!!), but it is a bit challenging with the lack of rain.  Cucumbers and tomatoes are really suffering therefore, so shall we. This week we will feature a salad of local kale and beets as well as Indiana Asparagus.
