Greetings form the Duos HQ. We're thrilled with your support and can't wait to feed you this week. We've added some southern flavors this week that we know you'll love!

Here is this week's menu for Duos Mobile and The Kitchen.  We are happy to welcome the sunshine and remind you that we have great outdoor seating at The Kitchen at 2960 N. Meridian in the International Medical Group and at several of our "Truck Stops".  

The Duos Mobile Menu:

• John Roasts the Beast Sandwich with Blue Aioli, Caramalized Onion & Harvestland Farms Arugula
• "Essential" Veggie Burger on Homemade Bun (Vegan and Gluten Free option)
• Salad of Harvestland Arugula, Fennel, Roasted Almond & Champagne Vinaigrette (vegan & gluten free)
• First of the Year Asparagus Soup
• Soup #2 will be Chef's Choice
• Sweet: Salted Caramel and Chocolate Shortbread Bars

Then the Kitchen adds:

Hello friends!

Here is a glimpse into our celebration of St. Patrick's Day.  It is our pleasure to create happy, stimulating food.  We hope to share with you this week.

Duos Mobile:

Sandwiches

• House Cured Corned Beef, Pickled Cabbage, Swiss & Special Dressing (OH, this must be a Reuben!) on Rene's Bakery Rye Bread (gluten-free option on a bed of greens)
• Faux Corned Beef Sandwich (our delicious vegetarian option)
• Tri County Mayo Sandwich with Farm Egg, Orange Peppers, Arugula & Arugula Mayo...Irish Flag! (vegan Option, gluten-free 0ption)

Salad: Rice Rebecca Salad with Organic Lundberg Brown Rice, Cashews, Dried Cranberries in Ginger Dressing (vegan and gluten free)

Here is our menu for your info, sharing and posting pleasure. 

We were so happy to get back out to the streets this week.  It felt like a very long absence.  We thank each and every one of you for the support and patience.

Here is what is cooking in the Duos Kitchen and on Duos Mobile next week.

ENTREES:

• Jerk Chicken Sandwich with Shredded Cabbage, Roasted Banana Ketchup & Chutney
• Abdul's Couscous with Chick Peas, Special Sauce (really it is special) & Veggies (vegan, gluten free option with quinoa)
• Salad of Mixed Greens, Spiced Apple, Dried Cranberry & Toasted Pecan with choice of Balsamic or Blue Cheese Dressing (vegan & gluten free with balsamic dressing)

Hello Everyone,
We've missed you.  We are happy to be out in the streets again and look forward to seeing all you after our Superbowl experience.  The last two weeks we were opening our new Kitchen!

We will be at Wishard Hospital on Tuesday, February 21st., we will be at Ohio and Illinois Streets on Wednesday, February 22nd.    On Saturday we happily offer our Tunisian Breakfast stew (Leblebi) at the Indy Winter Farmers Market.

With that said, here is our little menu for next week!

Whew! The last two weeks have been a most delightfully busy time for the Duos crew. In order to recuperate and prepare for an exciting new venture (we'll tell you very soon!), we will be taking the next two weeks off - though we will still be at the Indy Winter Farmers Market on Saturdays.
