Good Day Everyone:
We
have a shorter week with the Fourth of July Holiday with Duos Mobile
and the Kitchen closed the 4th and 5th. But, fear not, the menu is
sweet, the produce is arriving from a myriad of good Indiana Farmers, we
have Food Con July 5th at the Harrison!
Our
truck made its return to White River State Park and the Art Bank last
week. Feels like home. One of the trickier aspects of the mobile food
business is finding locations that create a sense of community, serve
the most folks, is thoughtful about brick and mortar establishments, and
is viable for us. We are also part of an alliance of food trucks(IFTA)
that calls us out to distant locations from time to time. Weather is
either our constant friend or evil foe.
Do
come out and enjoy breakfast at Duos Kitchen sometime soon. This coming
week, we are testing Tempeh Biscuits and Gravy one of the Hostetter
family favorites. It is pushing the envelope a bit, but, what those are
some of the benefits creative license afford us.
