Hello Dear Folks:

We are now offering locally roasted coffee! Copper Moon Coffee from Lafayette, Indiana, is our new roast and it makes us happy to be able to offer this to ya'll. Also, our dear friends at Harvestland Farms are still bringing us beautiful local arugula and spicy greens as well as tender pea shoots which can be found on some of our sandwiches and salads. Pea shoots are the tender tops and tendrils of of sugar or snow peas. They are beautiful, flavorful and packed full of nutrients including tons of vitamins C, K and B.

And, lastly but importantly, we know it is difficult in the frigid and testy weather, but please (it would be so very helpful) try to park in the church parking lot across Illinois street when visiting us. It will help reserve the IMG guest parking lot for visitors to IMG and those that really need proximity. Thanks a million.
