We are looking forward to joining in the Super Bowl festivities over the next week and a half. In honor of the big game, we've prepared a special celebratory menu, good for on-the-go eating and celebrating our Indiana ingredients.
Here is our menu:
- The Big Al: Fresh Mozzarella & Fontina (Seasoned Tofu available for vegans), House-made Balsamic Dressing, Roasted Peppers, Basil & Black Olive, served on local Brotgarten Bread (Gluten Free option)
- Aleppo Pork with Arugula-Fennel Salad and Lemony Dressing, served on local Brotgarten Bread (Gluten Free option)
- Rustic Chicken Pie - featuring Fischer Farms chicken and our all-butter crust
- Tomato Soup with Lemon-Rosemary Cream (Vegan Option, Gluten Free)
- Desserts: Snickerdoodles (with Indiana ingredients) & Chocolate Studs (devilishly delicious brownies with three kinds of chocolate goodness!), both locally made by Whimsical Whisk
