Duos Menus Week of May 7th

This week's menu is a little homage to warmer days and warm climates: Mexico, the Caribbean, the American South, as well as a bit of the Mediterranean. Please enjoy a bit of food and time with us.

• Jerk Sloppy Joes with Coconut Creamed Spinach on City Bun (Vegan Option!)
• Chicken Pozole Verde with Avocado, Radish, Lime, Tortilla Strips (gluten free)

• Soup: 3 Greens with Spinach Gremolata
• Sweet: Southern Strawberry Sheet Cake & Vegan Peanut Butter Blondies

Wow! Summer-Spring has made its presence known. This week we get our gardens planted: at the Kitchen, our plots in Cottage Home and in our little backyards. We certainly look forward to this kind weather and the beautiful local foods that we will be able to access in the coming weeks and months.
